Dr. Adrienne B. Ogles

Dr. Adrienne Ogles graduated from the University of Louisiana with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1990. After working in the chemical industry for several years, she decided to pursue her passion for animals and return to school to become a veterinarian. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.

Dr. Adrienne Ogles has been serving Caldwell County for the past 12 years. Dr. Ogles is a member of the Caldwell County Board of Health, Dangerous Dog Advisory Board, the Piedmont Veterinary Medical Association, the NCVMA and the AVMA.

She lives with her husband, two sons and two dogs in Sawmills, North Carolina

Dr. Alina Soderholm

Dr. Alina Soderholm graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 2005. After receiving her M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at UF in 2008, she decided to devote herself to a career that encompassed her passion for animals. She graduated from Oregon State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014.

Dr. Alina Soderholm has an interest in acupuncture and will become a certified veterinary acupuncturist in the Fall of 2015. She is a member of the NCVMA and the AVMA. 

She lives with her two dogs, Kody and Winston, in Hickory, North Carolina.


Sandy

Sandy has lived in Caldwell County since 2006. She began working as a Veterinary Assistant in 2007.   She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Veterinary Technicians. She lives with her  3 dachshunds, 1 papillon, 2 mixes and cat in Granite Falls.  Sandy is a pet sitter and would be happy to watch your furry friends when you travel.


Jason

Jason is a native of Catawba County. He started in the pet care field as a Kennel Technician at the Humane Society of Catawba County. He then transitioned into their Animal Services Department and then assisting in surgery at the Foothills Spay and Neuter Clinic. He lives with his wife, two kids and seven rescued animals - 4 dogs and 3 cats.


Megan

Megan is a native of Hudson. She has lived in Caldwell County most of her life. Her immense love for animals as well as her desire to make a difference in the animal healthcare industry led her to pursue employment as a veterinary assistant. She attended CVCC to help her to prepare for her vocation. Megan always has a smile on her face and is willing to lend a helping hand where needed. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Three furry babies are also part of the family; Ozzie and Milo the two kitties and Otis, a rescue.


Haley

Haley is a native of Granite Falls. She has worked and volunteered at the Humane Society of Catawba County, helping animals get a new start. She also worked with our friends at Club Canine. She spent time in the lodging department as well as Doggie Daycare! Haley currently resides in Granite Falls with her Labrador Axel.


Rebecka

Rebecka is originally from Burke County. She spent the last 2 1/2 years working for the Humane Society of Catawba County. She started in the kennel and quickly worked her way up to becoming a surgical assistant. She is a master at intubation and prepping for surgery!


Amanda

Amanda Bush, a Registered Veterinary Technician, has been in the veterinary field for 14 years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University and an Associates degree in Veterinary Medical Technology from Central Carolina Community College. Amanda has always loved animals and wanted to work in the veterinary field since she was very young. She has been a Registered Technician for five years. Amanda, a Hickory native, enjoys horseback riding, skiing, and hiking in her spare time. She has a rescued hound mix, Booger Bear, and an American Saddlebred show horse KK Impetuous Son aka "Sport".
